What is a Dietitian?
Dietitians are recognised professionals with the qualifications and skills to provide expert nutrition and dietary advice to their clients. A dietitian has the skills and knowledge required to assess individual nutrition needs, develop personalised eating plans, advise healthy ways to prepare and cook food and Educate clients on correct eating and intake using evidence based nutritional guidelines and the most recent valid scientific literature.
The role of the Dietitian in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
The role of the dietitian is to develop, implement and monitor nutritional strategies and interventions to meet the unique needs of critically ill patients in ICU. Deterioration of nutrition status in critically ill patients is associated with longer ICU and hospital length of stay, poorer functional outcomes, increased risk for infections and higher mortality.

Absolutely the best !! Great professional service with a smile !! This guy knows what he is doing ! Thanks for the great support!
Thank you for the very informative diet plan and info. Following the diet I’ve already managed to drop 40 units of insulin per day.
